Chief Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities : ● Inspect regularly the entire resort to check the state of the buildings and of the installations and equipments.
● Developed, recommended, and implemented departments budget capital expenditure plan,
● Forecasts and objectives consistent with maintaining a first class property and managements, expectations.
● Developed and implemented a maintenance program and negotiated maintenance contracts for the hotel, the grounds and all the equipment in compliance with corporate/franchise standards and local, state and national codes and regulations to ensure the safety, convenience and satisfaction of all guests, managers and employees to protect the asset and maintain the property in first class condition.
● Developed and implemented energy conservation programs for the property to minimise expenses.
● Assisted in coordinating, renovation bidding defined the cost and scope of projects and assisted in overseeing the general contractor and subordinates to ensure quality work is performed for minimal cost.
● Concentrate on the optimization of the well being and long life of all equipments with constant pre occupation for the minimum expenses.
● Responsible for keeping up to date concerning new products, energy saving measures and strategies, pricing of equipments etc.
● Ensure that a proper record is maintained of all technical specifications of all equipments, along with maintenance manuals, for training and trouble shooting.
● Achieves optimal operating efficiency by closely adhering to procedures detailed in the technical maintenance manuals.

Maintenance Manager

Duties and Responsibilities : ● Supervising and leading all maintenance processes and operations.
● Tracking expenses and overseeing the budget for maintenance.
● Maintaining all machinery to ensure it’s at working standards.
● Creating and implementing maintenance procedures.
● Conducting regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
● Planning and managing all repair and installation activities.
● Ensuring all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures.
● Assigning repair schedules and evaluating repair cost estimates.
● Documenting and preparing daily progress reports and maintenance logs.
● Overseeing equipment stock and placing orders for new supplies when necessary.

Deputy Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities : Resolves engineering problems by collecting and analyzing information; researching, analyzing, adapting, and modifying engineering techniques; recommending solutions; preparing drawings, schematics, and diagrams; evaluating components, materials, and suppliers; resolving design integration issues.

Maintenance In-charge

Duties and Responsibilities : ● Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
● Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work.
● Recruit, supervise and train maintenance technicians.
● Hire and supervise tradesmen during installations, repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.).
● Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation etc.).
● Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance
● Monitor inventory of materials and equipment.
● Participate in coordinaton of projects (e.g. renovations).
● Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.

Maintenance In-charge

● Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time.
