Sr. Mechanical Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities : ● Preventive, predictive, major and minor maintenance activities for balance of plant.
● To plan and organize all day to day routine works, breakdown works and outage works with a team of technicians.
● Condition monitoring and root cause failure analysis of equipment.
● Management & control of spares/ spare parts refurbishment follow up with planning & purchase for spares.
● Working in permit to work system for safe working practice.
● CMMS – pm& mm module awareness & execution accordingly iso- 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 documentation and audit preparation.
● Plant new expansion and project working (disper dyes plant 300 ton/month expansion project & 400ton/month h-acid plant expansion project)
● Planning for the project and putting schedule for the executive of the project.
● Study of quotations of the projects and make analysis for the quotations and recommended for the best offer.
● Responsible for the procurement of materials, implementation and fabrication.
● Responsible for project estimates, material take-off and work scheduling.
● Responsibility for the planning of daily activities and supervision.
● Following the erection of the projects with our erection technician team.

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities : ● Performing inspections of equipment to ensure that it is in good working order and that safety precautions are being followed.
● Conducting research on new technology or techniques that may be applied in the workplace.
● Maintaining and repairing machinery, equipment, and tools used in manufacturing processes.
● Performing preventive maintenance and repair work on machinery, equipment, tools, and other items used in manufacturing processes.
● Installing and repairing equipment such as motors, pumps, valves, and boilers.
● Helping to develop a maintenance plan for equipment to ensure that it stays in good working condition over time.
● Performing tasks such as cleaning machinery or parts to remove dirt or other contaminants that could cause problems during an operation.
● Evaluating possible causes of machinery failures and taking corrective action where needed.
● Scheduling maintenance activities to ensure that machinery is in good working order at all times.
